The Theater-Arts program is an elective course option that is all-encompassing for students interested in the creative outlet of dramatic performance. Drama class fulfills the F Area requirement for CUSD Graduation.

Buchanan offers coursework in performance and technical areas, as well as the preparation for theatrical careers after graduation via the CTE Performing Arts pathway.

This program encourages students to think creatively and critically while refining their speaking and listening skills in a comfortable learning environment. Every moment a student participates in a Drama classroom can be a positive supplement for their core academia.
